When I'm on top, we have to be on his side of the bed so that I can have my left knee bent, and my right foot on the ground. Ever since I had knee surgery isn't not comfortable to fully bend it and put weight on it.
I also just purchased some positioning furniture that should help a little with hip and back pain.
