I didn't see this until now, Gun.

A condom can be cut into an open rectangle and used as a dental dam if you can't find dams, or are allergic to latex.

You just cut the condom down one side, and open it into a flat rectangle shape, then place it, lubricated on the woman getting the oral's side, over her vulva and it may act as a dental dam.
