Hood piercings: advice needed

Contributor: chantalgiardina chantalgiardina
I am wondering if getting your hood pierced really helps your orgasms etc. I was told it makes them stronger and that it helps arousal, but I only know 2 people who have it done.. that I know of lol.

Also, what would be the best option side to side or top to bottom?

Basically, all it adds is a little bit of clitoral sensation. The hood piercings just goes through the hood itself and leaves the jewelry sitting on top. There are claims out there that women can have an orgasm through walking up the stairs if they have one, but I barely ever felt mine (and actually hated it because it became irritating and in the way). Basically, place a small bead on your clitoris and rub it back and forth and that's what it feels like.

I've got a vertical one (up/down). For me, it made things a lot easier for my guy. I was his first and he was completely clueless. I can't stress enough HOW clueless he was!! Long story short, it made it so much easier for him to find my clitoris (why am I reminded of South Park??).

It makes things a little more interesting while working out or using a vibrator. It might just be because I have a D-ring instead of a barbell.

I have a side-to-side loop through my hood and it honestly doesn't do anything special for me, though I've never been sensitive to begin with.
