I love natural sups, I prefer them to any other medication. I use Royal Jelly when ever I feel a cold coming on and it stops the cold right in its tracks. Have only been sick twice in two years. I also use some sups made by a natural path, shes really good. She has a website if you wanna check it out link. She makes these amazing sups called vita veggies and vita fruits- super potent anti-oxidant.

These look great! Thanks, I'm going to check with my herb doctor (I tease her and call her my witch doctor) to see if she carries them. I want to try the Vitamucil. Hate paying for shipping and she usually carries EVERYTHING!
