If you are female, doing Kegel exercises and using Kegel balls can help tone the vagina, so that orgasm may be stronger and last longer.

To do Kegels:

To find your PC (or pubococcygeal muscle) try stopping and restarting the flow of urine while you are peeing. NOW, you know where the muscles are and how to control them. DO NOT continue to Kegel while peeing, as it can cause the bladder to withhold urine when done to excess during urination. Doing Kegel exercises while not urinating will not cause irritation or problems, and most women can do them easily after learning how.

You now know which muscles you need to flex and contract and relax. Do exercises of 10 3 or 4 times a few times a day. They will get easier as you do more of them.

No one knows you are doing them. You can do them at your desk, or while driving (don't get TOO into it) or whatever.

Some feel Kegel Balls or a Kegel weight will help make the exercise work better. You may want to try these. (Plastic or silicone Kegel balls or plastic or metal weights are a lot safer and easier to use than old fashioned (and usually too small) "Ben Wa Balls.") You may want to stay with easy to clean silicone, plastic balls or metal weights.

Some feel a dildo with an electronic charge, like the Jopen Intensity can help even more, but the actual research is still out on this. In a recent study, plain Kegels worked best, but the feedback women got from using Kegel balls seemed to help them remember to do the exercises.

I do Kegels alone and sometimes with the Kegel balls. I have found it helps tone the vagina (even if you haven't had children) and helps you have stronger orgasms.

Good luck.

For my wife the aha moment was to go beyond clitoral orgasms. When we first married she would have one clitoral orgasm and push me away - saying she was too sensitive to go on.

Once we started combining g-spot ans d a-spot stimulation not only can she have multiple orgasms - but she often has orgasms that go on for several minutes - just simply unheard of for clitoral orgasms. Sometimes they bring her to tears they are so overwhelming!
