Cialis is highly effective, but some newer "instant dissolve on tongue" medicines are coming out. What have YOU found most effective.Please share and help others.

The regular Cialis worked the best for my husband. Levitra was the 2nd best. Viagra gave him severe sinus issues and eye pains!

I prefer Cialis because its the most forgiving as far as dose vs. use. It's effective for at least 24 hours. Viagra and Levitra - you have to get your timing right.

Both Cialis and Viagra work well for me, but since Cialis stays in your system longer, that is what I normally take.
Was in a clinical trial several years ago where they were testing low dosages of Cialis daily. It is now on the market, and if my insurance would pay for it I would definately go that route. Was like I was 20 again, able to have sex with no prior planning.
