For some reason, my man has gone from wanting sex all the time to never wanting it. He's 32 and I'm 29. What gives?

Have you asked him? You may have already tried most of this stuff - but...
Is there something he's been wanting to try that you've been reluctant to do - maybe give it a try?
Is there something he really loves like some special perfume or lingerie - entice him.
Have more non-sexual embraces - rub his shoulders and/or back.
I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he's just distracted or maybe feeling like he's in a rut - so mix it up. Hopefully it's nothing more serious. Good luck!

If it were me I'd simply ask. But just like in women, mens hormones can fluctuate with age affecting his libido, as an outside stresses from work, etc. Have there been any big changes in your life that could be distracting him or putting additional stresses on him? Any new medications or even new major diet changes? All of these things can affect libido.

He could also be coming to that age for men when they start to think about families and whatnot, and not just about the physical part of the relationship.
