Nope - I've only had two partners and they've both been people I've trusted and have had good experiences with. Wouldn't change a thing.

Definitely not, well, maybe one. The sex was awful, however the 'relationship' was a pretty significant one in relation to other relationships...so it needed to happen, I just wish the sex never did.
