If I may ask: what in the *hell* is a Nipple Orgasm??!! Yes, yes...I am aware that it is an orgasm of the nipples (lol)..BUT..HOW..would that FEEL? What would HAPPEN? I really don't like my nipples touched at ALL (a major disappointment for my husband, because HE happens to LOVE touching my nipples/boobs!! I voted for a bunch of them although I fundamentally dislike this approach to orgasm "types" as there is physiologically really only one type of orgasm, the brain orgasm (read this: link and this: link. Yes, (brain) orgasms can feel very different depending on what region of the body is being stimulated but I prefer the phrasing "orgasm from x stimulation as" as it helps avoid the type of hierarchical think that occurs when people try to categories orgasm via body part. Sometimes if I'm very worked up or have been under stress, when I'm so close, my heart starts missing beats and feels horrid.

I can orgasm (not as powerful as other types but still feels good) from kegel exercises. Some are more powerful than others. It's nice being able to do it any time but sometimes it will be too strong and make my shoulders shudder which would look weird in public...hehehe
