I have never heard of a heart orgasm, sounds very interesting.
Been very close to having an a-spot orgasm, but never seem to quite make it. After reading this I realise that sometimes when I have been given a good thrusting, even if I haven't had an orgasm, I sometimes get 'tremors' which must be uterine contractions. Thanks.
