Sometimes, but not always. I'm mildly allergic to latex, which means my options are more greatly limited in that regard.
With my now-ex fiance, I probably used them about half to two-thirds of the time once I was on BC (and probably 99% of the time before I got on my BC); with my current boyfriend (for whom condoms are uncomfortable for a variety of reasons) we haven't used condoms since the first time.
He was a virgin, I'd been tested during my previous monogamous relationship, and a few months in (after a scare with a friend of ours) we were both tested and came up clean. We are in a potentially open relationship, so if our monogamous status changes at any point, he and I are both required (by mutual agreement) to inform the other and start using condoms again (with all partners) until we are both monogamous and have been tested again.

No, after the BC has been in effect for a month we tend to ditch the condoms, but honestly getting pregnant at this point in our lives wouldn't be the worst thing, just a couple years early

We both HATE condoms, and even when we first started having sex, I used the film and foams rather than condoms. LOL I will never forget the first time I pulled film out and he said "THANK GOD" lol he thought I was pulling out a condom I said NOPE can't stand them!
After we became fluid bonded though, I got on birth control.
