When I was able to have sex after my car accident--I had severe vertigo. Sitting up was the best position since laying down made me dizzy. I had issues with anything that created a lot of movement and sudden position shifts. Try ones that allow your partner to basically stay in one position, be fairly inactive and NO sudden shifts or movements. (If it was as bad as mine, have a clean bucket by the bed for those moments they do too much!) less
