You can use your edenpoints to buy condoms here without spending money. They give them away at colleges and community colleges sometimes too.
Also if you do a Google search for free condoms a lot of sites come up. Really if you just do some searching on your own you should be able to find some cheap/free condoms

There's a dance nightclub Hunters, outside of chicago, where they usually have a big bowl of condoms for the taking.

There's this place called the Health department. you should look them up. Really, you can get condoms with either your points or buy them super cheap at CVS. (I refuse to buy ANYTHING from Wal- Mart, so I'm not recommending them).

there used to be websites, kind of like eden; where you could earn points for condoms and lube. But I have not seen one for years. Colleges and schools health departments give them out. You doctors office should sell you some for a discount. As far as PP goes, have never been there so I could not tell you if they give them out or not.

Planned Parenthood, as suggested above. Also, I'd try LGBT or BDSM events. These types of things usually have loads and loads of condoms for free. I stock up when I can! =D

Pharmacies and doctor offices. All you have to do is ask or sometimes they'll have them sitting out in the restroom with samples of lube.
You can also find them at the little buses that do the free STD/HIV testing, too.
