I haven't tried the emigi, but didn't notice much with a competitor kegel ball. A barbell made a difference, though.

I use emigi heavy and extra heavy. I noticed my orgasm actually lasting longer.

I've got about 9 pairs of kegel exercisers and the Emigi set are at the bottom of my list. I have no trouble keeping them in and they do not create any rumble to act as a reminder to flex. I forget they're in within 20 minutes and I wear my exercisers all day. I prefer the three Luna bead sets and the smartballs.

They've helped me somewhat but I don't wear it constantly.
