Maybe a little but hell, we ALL look different. Some just look better than others lol. But honestly, it has never crossed my mind with the relationships I was in and had sex. I never once had the thought of "Omg is he going to think my vagina is ugly/weird?". I think men are just happy to get one (or women in other cases).

Since you need a speculum to see a vagina, I assume you are asking if women are worried about the way their vulva looks.

My wife is pretty proud of hers. She started shaving at my request - but soon found that it increased her sensitivity. So after years of shaving she opted for laser treatment.

I tell her frequently how beautiful her smooth pussy is - but she's always had a high level of confidence that this is true.

I have never personally been self-conscious about the appearance of my vulva. I'm actually quite proud of it Sadly, I'm sure that many women are (unjustifiably) self-conscious about their vulvas, though.

Men don't care about that. So why should we? As long as your clean don't worry about it.

Are women in generally typically self-conscious? It sure seems that way. There isn't much in this culture that tells us we should feel comfortable with our vulvas (how often do you even hear the word "vulva"?). I know I had to work through some self-consciousness. I feel pretty good about my bits these days, though.
