I've used a menstrual cup for a year now and loved it, but I recently got an IUD and I'm concerned about the cup pulling the device out. However, given how drastically IUDs reduce your period flow, I'm not concerned about the environmental effects of going back to pads and tampons.

I also agree with Stormy. I have had a hysterectomy but prior to that tampons were the ONLY things that did not make me sore and irritated.
