I've been getting sore after fingering and sex lately. We use a lot of lube, but it just seems that no matter what I will still become sore with in the first session to where we can't have sex the next day. If this has happened to you how long would you go before you could have sex after soreness? Any advice on how to avoid becoming sore?

I get sore occasionally, but only when not properly warmed up. It lasts about a day.
My advice would be to really take your time and be wet and swollen with excitement before you even think about penetration. Unless your SO has an extremely large penis (or you have an extremely small vagina), you shouldn't get sore after sex when you're properly warmed up.
Try having a clitoral orgasm before penetration - works well for me.

It happens to me. I've been to the doctor thinking something was wrong but nothing was found. I was just told to use a lot of lube because it seemed to be friction causing my discomfort. Sometimes my fiance gets frustrated because he says I feel wet to him but to me, I don't!
I think the amount of foreplay and mood may have a lot to do with it.
But it feels raw or sore when I go to the bathroom after but it goes away in a few hours and I'm fine.
It doesn't happen every time but it sucks when it does

i get sore all the time if gotton a bit used to it we find that if he pulls out before coming itll reduce the swelling but somtimes i just use an ice pack over my underwear and it helps me recover more quickly

This has happened to me before as well...not often though. I have found that a nice bath helps (be careful if you put anything in the bath b/c depending what you use, it can make it worse). I also use Feminine Wipes afterwards or make sure that I clean myself as soon as possible afterwards. These have helped me.

Has it gotten better? What helped?
This sounds very uncomfortable, I wonder if you could take some sort of muscle relaxant or use vaginal stretcher devices, kegals might help as well.
