Cramps are awful, what are the best methods you've found to ease them?

Thankfully mine are usually pretty mild. Generally a heating pad or hot bath is enough to ease them. If they get really bad, some Ibuprofin does the trick. If I'm in the mood for it, masturbating also helps.

I also have fairly mild cramps, if I get them at all. I find that exercise usually helps.
