Drink lots of water and keep your sodium intake low.

I realize this is a concern for you but unless it makes you physically uncomfortable - like doubled-over in pain - trust that your partner loves you and a little bit of bloat isn't going to make a damn bit of difference when it comes to the enjoyment of your weekend, unless that is, you let it.

1. Stay hydrated with water, but not too much water
2. Take milk thistle pills. They are often used as a diuretic/ to make you lose water weight and also prevent bloating
3. That being said, be sure to have water, since it's a diuretic
4. Drink green tea. Boosts metabolism
5. Take apple cider vinegar pills or drink it. Curbs appetite
6. Also stay away from bread and processed foods, yeah

I would be careful with the apple cider vinegar, it can be a bit strong, and cause a sore throat.
