actually, I just had to deal with this earlier.

Hot showers, warm heating packs, supportive bras. Anything that would help with sore muscles will help with sore breasts.

Mine get sore occasionally, but usually never more than a day. I just strap on a supportive, full coverage bra and power through it. It's different for everyone though, I know some people that get horrible soreness!

Mine are amazingly sore and tender. I have done nothing to injure them but they feel bruised. I have a mammogram on Monday and am just cringing with the thought of getting them mushed in those plates!!!! I will try the heating pack--haven't done that yet. Ice sure has not helped this time around!!

Yes, usually when I am PMSing. I use heat to help, and will wear a sports bra, and that usually helps.

Yes - PMS is what gives my wife sore breasts. When she started on some progesterone hormone therapy, the soreness has been greatly reduced.

During my period they get sore as hell. I usually find a hot shower helps.

About a week before my period they tend to get sore, though this usually goes away once the flow actually starts. Usually I only notice it when something touches them or they move too much (like if I run, for example) so my normal bras are usually just fine for getting me through my work day or any outings and at home I just make sure not to do anything too "bouncy." If it's really bad, though, a nice hot bath can help.

Honestly, going on the NuvaRing has made a bigger difference than anything else I've tried. My breasts used to get so sore I couldn't even walk down stairs because (even wearing a super-comfortable-supp ortive bra), the slight bounce was too much for me. They would hurt to the touch, when I put on a bra, when I took my bra off... Since going (back) on the NuvaRing, I just get mildly tender before my period, but most of the time I don't even notice.

Ohh yes! I had to a ultrasound to rule out tumors because they hurt so bad. Let me tell you that was so painful I almost cried. I normally don't do anything just wear supportive bras. It's gotten better since being on the pill

Only a day or two during the week before my period, and it's only noticeable when I take my bra off. No soreness at any other time. It's not enough to affect my routines, though.

And sometimes even bouncing up the stairs will make you sore for the day! So be careful!

Yeah, especially certain times of the month since I've been on birth control. It sucks! I don't really know of anything to do except let it happen and take a bath/take care of my body.

Mine usually hurt and swell the week before my period and typically the tenderness goes away as my period ends.

I usually get really sensitive nipples a few days before my period. A good bra and some pain meds usually clears it up.
