I've been with both. My first was uncircumcised and I wouldn't say that it felt any different than circumcised. The only difference for me was which one was more aesthetically pleasing, but even that changes with the relationship. When I was with uncircumcised, I was convinced that that was all I ever wanted. Then, my first circumcised penis, I was convinced that was all I ever wanted. And now, I could care less, as long as you clean that shit

I have only been with circumcised men so I can't answer that but I am sure either way as long as they kept their privates cleaned it wouldn't matter to me

No, you really can't feel a difference. There is a bit of a difference when performing oral - obviously - but as far as intercourse goes, not really.

Now, as far as feeling a difference, yes and no. There are some differences depending on the position we are in, and the way he thrusts, because I can feel the foreskin slide and it creates friction, and for oral of course there is a big difference and I absolutely LOVE it!
Hubby was my first guy who was uncut so I had to learn new techniques, but it's been a fun adventure and I've enjoyed learning how to please him

I've never had circumcised penis before, so I can't compare. I have, on the other hand, come across unclean penis, which I think happens no matter what your foreskin situation. But that's another topic....
