Anyone have things they do to avoid these pesky and common problems, when prescribed antibiotics for other problems, like sinus infections...etc?

I try my best to avoid antibiotics at all costs. I've gotten a yeast infection before when on antibiotics. Now if I absoutely have to take them I make sure to eat a lot of yogurt, take probiotics, and drink kombucha while I'm on them and at least a few days after I get off.

I take a bunch of probiotics if I have to take antibiotics. Yogurt apparently helps, too, but I hate yogurt so that's right out for me.
