I am so sick. I don't like taking a lot of medicine. I amabout ready to though. I am so sick. Any remedies out there?

Airbourne and zicam with a back of allergy and sinus medication-Tylenol is a good one for the allergy and sinus(clears sinuses and gives your runny nose a break.)

I'll second the Airborne-- that stuff is really helpful! Mucinex or PediCare (same thing, just in lower dose) helps if you're having a lot of coughing, and Tylenol for fever/aches/pain.

When I'm sick, I drink lots of orange juice. I haven't really been sick in the past year or so, though, which is good because orange juice doesn't agree with my ulcer

Thirding the airborne! It has helped me beat colds that were just starting.

Kombucha, fresh veggies, A TON of Water!, and vitamin C (whole food vitamin c if possible like Tru-c by Now). Good luck, take a hot bath with epsom salts too if possible! Hope you feel better!
