I think this depends a lot on what one considers "Unsafe"
Many fetishes CAN become unsafe if done improperly and/or without the right knowledge of how to do them well. You wouldn't want to get into serious rope bondage without knowledge of all the little safety precautions that come along with it, for example.
As for me, no.
My current play partner is pretty darn knowledgeable, so anything we do that could be dangerous in certain situations is perfectly safe between us
