With October coming up, I want to remind you that there are clinics, hospitals and other health care facilities participating in the low cost/free breast checkups and mammogram programs.
To participate, call your local hospital or clinic and they will let you know about the program and how to participate. Please take advantage of these programs and keep yourself healthy and cancer free!!
