Have you ever considered a breast reduction?

Honest to goodness, I have. I have a lot of back problems, and these big hush-puppies up front don't help things. But so far, I'm limited by fiscal means and other options for the pain before I really consider it. What about you lovely ladies out there?

Yes. I have a 40-42DDD. I'm only 5ft 3in. Even when I lose weight, the weight in my chest never goes away. I'm too scared to let someone actually do it. I've seen what women look like afterwards and I don't want to look like that. I'm hoping since I am only 24, that in about 20 years they will be much better at it and I'll consider it then.

Of course. I developed very early, and didn't stop growing! I'm a DDD (sometimes pushing past that) and anytime I gain or lose weight, it ain't in the chest (which I wish it was). But don't have the means to get a reduction, so I'm stuck

I've been trying alternatives for over 5 years now and have exhausted all my options. I've been trying to get approved for a breast reduction. I'm another shorty lady with huge knockers and my back is super screwed up... scoliosis and god knows what else. So far the docs have had me do ultrasounds, which I didn't even realize you could DO on breasts, and I have to go back for followups. I have never spoken to a woman who had it done and regretted it. Just make sure you go to a reputable doctor and surgeon when your finances allow.

Yes. I'm 5'4" and a 34HH/J(UK). I told my Dad I wanted a reduction when I was about 12, heh. I don't think I'll get it done now. I'm extremely worried about losing nipple sensitivity, and I'd like to be able to breastfeed my children if I have any.

Getting into the right bra size helped my back pain issues a lot. Fitters were largely useless though - I had to experiment with different sizes and styles on my own. The only place I've found that carries my size is a small, rather expensive specialist boutique. I generally order online.

Thing is, I actually quite like my boobs, despite them being annoying, occasionally painful and hard to buy bras/clothing for. Yeah, it would be easier to be able to go into any lingerie or department store and find my size, but I don't think that I should have to cut my body up just because stores do not want to carry larger sizes.
