Has anyone here ever been diagnosed with Hormone Headaches? My dr. told me today that's probably what I have after running numerous tests to rule out other things. There is a lot of info on the net, but I am looking for things that really helped people. The only suggestions she gave me where to see a gyno and have more sex.

Yeppers. They got easier with the pill but worse with the IUD. I like the IUD so I just deal with it :/

Not sure about the more sex thing...thought we were doing plenty. This dr told me the gyno would probably want to put me on the pill or extreme situation hysterectomy.

I do every month the exact same day of my cycle. Its terrible. I tried 4 different birth controls. 3 made it worse and the one kept it the same so I'm on the same boat I have no idea how to get rid of them. Nothing works.
