I'm not sure but I think it was around that time, maybe a little earlier. I grew up with (and still have) extremely painful periods and had a few appointments regarding that where they did ultrasounds and stuff.

16-18 range...old enough that I didn't need a parent consent so probably closer to 18.

24, I think. I had a lump in my right breast that I needed to have checked out, but before I could get a referral to a specialist my doctor at the time wanted to do a routine pap. It felt like she took a brillo pad to my insides.

Now that I have an actual OB-GYN to go to, I don't mind it as much. She can be down there all day and I won't feel a thing.
