I do not know of anything specifically for pubic hair, but I do know there are many post shave healers out there that help prevent ingrown hair. My husband has used Clinique Post Shave Healer and Lab Series 3-in-1 post shave. The Lab Series product has worked best for him. He gets really bad ingrown hairs and razor burn due to his sensitive skin, but Lab Series helps diminish this issue for him greatly. Although this product is specifically for the face you could try it out on a small part of your (lady or man?) bits first.
