My girlfriend has a small cut on the inside of one of her inner lips. She's been putting neosporin on it. It burns whenever she has to pee. How can we get this to heal as quicly as possible?

The vagina is a highly vascular area so it should heal pretty quickly on its own. But, if the pain and irritation persist for more than 3 days she may want to have it looked at to be safe.
