Has anyone had a hysterectomy and since had increased sexual pleasure? I had a partial hyst last spring. I kept my ovaries but my cervix and uterus are gone. I am having greater sexual pleasure than before. I was concerned about not having the cervix but that definitely hasn't hurt anything. The one thing that I have noticed is that I don't have the depth that I did have. The vagina is a tube that stretches and it doesn't seem to be able to have the accommodation the lengths anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? I am sooo happy that I had it done though!

YES!! I have a shorter vagina due to the cervix being removed and sewn shut on the top. But the pleasure an d intensity does get better. I do get the depth, though, after multiples--even though there is no uterus for contractions.

I had a hysterectomy about 21 years ago and initially, I didn't have an increase. they left one ovary in but now that I am hitting menopause I have a huge increase in my sex drive!
