I'm so hot!

I am going thru' the change of life. I sometimes feel as if I'm on fire, EVERYWHERE! Sometimes I feel that I may "COMBUST" as in spontanious combustion. I have just recently started taking light doses of hormones for this, but it has not greatly helped my situation. I have found the best thing I can do is to insert a frozen glass toy! Yes, it works, but my vagina is so hot, I have to get a second frozen toy to get the hotness level down completely. Has anyone else had this problem? What are you doing to alleviate all this hotness? Any pointers you could give me will be very much appreciated.
