Has anyone ever experienced incontinence after using a vibrator on their clitoris several days in a row? If so, were you able to resolve the issue in a way OTHER than just less frequent use?

I would definitely discuss this with your doctor. Trust me, they know vibes are out there, & that people use them. It's VERY hard to shock an OB/GYN!

After having 5 children I needed to wear pads ALL the time for stress incontinence but w/ frequent self pleasuring and learning to ejaculate I only need them for my period now.
