I feel like my vagina isn't sensitive to sex or stimulation. Even if I'm turned on I don't feel much down there. Is there anything to do to fix it or make it better? I don't know if "numb" is the word but I don't know how else to describe it.

You really should talk to your doctor. Another problem with your health could be causing you to not feel anything. If there isn't anything wrong then you could try doing kegles but some women just don't feel much from internal stimulation and there's nothing wrong with that.
