Hi, I've been looking into finding a kegal balls set without metal that will feel good inside and still get good results, also not big in size.
I don't know which one do get there is so many out there.
I recently tried glass marbles to see how they were and was wondering how are the glass kegal ben wa balls different from plain marbles?
Is it cause some of the kegal ones are weighted?
Which product do you recommend for me? and why?
Can someone please send me web-links to how to do the exersizes with kegal balls?
