Have ya'll had ingections after using kegel balls? It appears I have a problem and I'm really thinking it happened because of my Lelo Mini Luna beads! I'll give details, but I'll forewarn ya. It could be gross.
Well, I started panicking a couple hours ago, when during oral, I wasn't feeling the same sensations I normally do. It's guaranteed for me to O every single time, but this time, my clitoris was like... a totally different clitoris! It wasn't responding! This never happens to me!
I could hardly feel any sensation. It was like my clitoris went into a coma! I could only feel like a scraping or scratchy sensation like irritation on the skin. I could tell that it eventually was responding somewhat, but not enough at all. Only it was like beneath the outer skin, I could feel sensation!
This is when I panicked because I automatically started thinking that my clitoris has been damaged! No sensation. That's not normal for me.
But it did not start there. Actually, yesterday I noticed slight discomfort in my labia, but nothing that caused concern. Then, this morning, I woke up and my entire crotch was sore! There's no reason for it because we hadn't had sex, my cooter has had no type of contact with anything for about 5 days (except for showering and my kegels balls.)
The soreness was mainly on the labia on my right side, not the left. It felt sore almost like a bruise in that crevice between the labia majora (outer lip) and the labia minora (inner.) So that's strange for me. There was also some swelling in my labia since this morning.
My partner said he noticed a "raw" taste in that crevice where the soreness was. It was like when you touch your tongue to a raw spot on the skin or something, if that makes sense. But there was no visible sore or raw spot, really.
Then, after the oral, it was inflamed all over. Like my entire labia are just inflamed and so is my poor clitoris!
So we got to inspecting everything, with a flash light and noticed my clitoris looks like it has a raw spot right on the top! This is freaking me out because I don't know why my clitoris would have a raw spot. Nothing had touched it! & I know the oral is not the cause of this because I noticed the slightest discomfort down there yesterday and the soreness was already there this morning.
So we looked closer and the sides of my clitoris have a white tint to the skin, and almost like there's a tiny blister on the underside. The flashlight is a fluorescent one so I know it definitely makes things look different. & I know the skin right around my clitoris can have a pale tint to it sometimes if I'm pulling the skin around it up. Does this even make sense? I'm saying that I'm not 100% sure the white tint is anything to even worry about.
I have had a yeast infection before, a few times. Once because I'd gone off depo provera and went back on it. Another time due to pregnancy and once because of a round of antibiotics. I am not sensitive to things and rarely get yeast infections.
The swelling and soreness of my labia and clitoris does somewhat feel a bit like what I remember of a yeast infection. Raw-ish, sore, swollen and inflamed. However, I don't know why I have the raw spot on my clitoris because I have not scratched down there.
Now, later in the evening, I did have some slight itching. Nothing like what a yeast infection usually is though. It almost felt like the itching could've been due to the swelling.
Anyways, sorry to be so long! I want to mention that I actually had a pelvic exam 7 days ago! It crossed my mind that the KY Jelly she used or the huge Q-tip in my cervix could have been a cause, but I really doubt it because that was 7 days ago.
Then, I remembered that the day before yesterday, I used my kegel balls, which I'd not used all month. I always wash them super well, of course, but the last time I wore them and cleaned them, I saw in the blue Lelo Luna bead, there was what looked like blood that seeped through that seam in the balls!! I'd boiled them as usual and put them away. By the time I used them again, almost a month later (the day before yesterday), I'd forgotten about the blood ordeal.
Even with boiling and cleaning well with anti-bacterial soap, the bloody looking bit was still inside the kegel ball. It's not a lot, just a small tint of blood right inside the seam. I think the ball's seam came loose a bit and allowed blood to seep inside! That means other secretions (ahem, and bacteria!) could've seeped inside the ball, and probably did.
So I remember the day before yesterday, I put the kegel balls in and left them until very late that night, as I usually do. No problems. Everything was 100% normal. The next day, which was yesterday is when I noticed the discomfort down there that I described, and then this morning, it had worsened, as I described earlier. Sounds like the balls are the cause.
However, the signs are like a yeast infection, but I've had no real itching and why the hell is there a raw spot on my clitoris!? And why no sensation in my clitoris? Can the sensation be diminished all over a little inflammation/irritatio n to the clitoral skin?! I hope that's all.
Especially with no itching, it concerns me that something is wrong with my clitoris. In the past, with yeast infections, I've never had trouble with the sensation there, that I know of. I know I've even orgasmed during a yeast infection!
So have any of you ever had this type of clitoral issue over a yeast infection? Did it seem that the sensation in it was lessened or gone just because of irritation? If so, then I figure the sensation will come back to my clitoris.
Another thing, last night I noticed white flakes in my urine! I even looked it up online last night with little info. I highly doubt it was yeast that came in contact with the urine because I even urinated in a clear little cup like you use at a Dr. office so that I could see closer. There was no discharge that seemed to come along with the urine or mix with it, and then end up in the cup. It truly seems that the flakes are coming from my bladder. I don't know that this is a concern because it's possible that I always have flakes from just trash and didn't notice before. Or it's possible that the flakes could be from my drinking double the water I'm used to (almost 6 cups) to help rid my body of heavy metals and junk that came along with the vaccine I got & didn't want 7 days ago at my dr. visit. The vaccine was Gardasil, which has horribly bad side effects, and that's why I refused the vaccine, but was talked into it, so I broke down and took it.
That's another reason I panicked. I thought ' What if the vaccine has done some type of damage to my clitoris!?' I've already had a bunch of icky side effects from it, including a large, sore knot in my arm that has not gone away since (7 days ago!)
I have also been drinking zeolite to help rid the heavy metals from the vaccine I got. The detox effect from all the huge amounts of water plus zeolite could be the cause of the flaky urine.
So my biggest concern is that my clitoris is damaged. If it is a yeast infection, I can easily & naturally get rid of that at home. I have thought deeply about everything I've done in the last week. Nothing matches up to have caused this except the kegel balls not being as clean as they would've without that open seam. Unless the vaccine caused some freak clit problem.
So anybody have trouble with kegel balls doing this -- allowing fluid in the seams or causing a yeast infection? Do you guys think this sounds like something else because of the raw spot on my clitoris? I know, I freak out when it's probably minor, but it's hard to find much information on these things, so I figure some of you would be open to talking about your own experiences.
