Maybe TMI-Inner Labia Issue

Contributor: *Camoprincess* *Camoprincess*
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced a cyst or "maybe" an ingrown hair on their inner labia? I am not sure if it an ingrown or just a cyst from my short rubbing I feel embarrassed even posting this here, anyways I was in the shower last night showering I was washing my lady parts and I felt a small knot on one of my inner labias. It hurt an it had pus in it so I squeezed it and it hurt like hell!!! One of my inner labias hangs WAY low like its not fully attached (which I hate) it hangs out past my outer labia an gets pinched depending on what I am wearing. Has anyone dealt with something like this? I went about 2 months ago for all my testing and they said everything was "perfect" down there so I am sure its not anything major to worry about. Just it hurts and if anyone else has experienced this what did you do about it?

Thanks for any responses in advance. If you have experienced this but don't want to post openly about it you can inbox me.

If you still have the bump- I would suggest letting like a warm rag sit on it for a while before attempting to do something like pop it..

You can get pimples and ingrown hairs on your labia- and while they suck, they're normal.

It's a pimple - they especially hurt on the inner labia with any sort of touching. They do eventually fade on their own ... but, damn, do they feel like boils in the meantime.

Be careful! Popping things in that area can only serve to facilitate more issues. There's a lot of bacteria going on down there and it's possible to get a secondary infection.

Before popping anything on your genitals, you should examine it carefully in a mirror.

If it were myself? I would go to a doctor or clinic for another STD test. While usually a rare situation, there are cases where a person was infected and the test did not come up positive until months or years later for things like chlamydia and syphilis.

Sounds like a labial cyst. If so, it's pretty normal and they can be VERY painful. My boss gets these once a year or so, sometimes more. Sometimes a soak in hot water or with a warm wash cloth will let it soften enough for her to pop it. Other times she has to go to the doctor and have it drained, also super painful. Generally, I think it's better to get it checked by a doc, especially if you've never had one before. It could, in theory, be a STD that didn't show up on your tests because it hadn't fully incubated or reared it's head, something that should probably be tested just in case, and, like Stormy says, if it is a cyst or pimple-type thing, there could be bacterial infection and it could spread or cause a secondary which you should probably be on antibiotics for.

Ugh, sounds like what I had over the last couple of months, 'cept mine was much closer to the threshold, if you get me. It's SLOWLY going away, thankfully, but for a while I had to be careful with my dildos - ouch!

Thanks Ya'll it is going down for the most part going to keep an eye on it. I am thinking a pimple or something along those lines because it gets caught often and rubbed the wrong way in jeans or shorts.
