Painful intercourse after childbirth??

Contributor: JessCee JessCee
Ever since I gave birth to my twins vaginally (4 years ago) I have had some pain initially with intercourse. The pain feels somewhat close to the G spot, it's pretty sharp, sharp enough for me to pull away or push my partner away from me. The pain gradually decreases over a few minutes, so it doesn't cause too many problems, however, it is something I have started to worry about because I assumed it was something that would go away with time... but it hasn't.

Does anyone else experience this? Any idea what it could be? Should I even be worried?

I've already recommended it here but I'll risk doing it again. If I get deleted for sapamming with this link at least I'll know I was trying to help

There is a program developed by Jaiya and Ellen Heed. There are only three videos but they are very informative and shed a lot of light on the issue. I urge you to go there (you can type your e-mail safely - they don't spam) and watch them. It will give you a clue about what may be going on. You could also contact the authors for more resources/contacts etc.
