Do you find that during your period your entire genital area is super sore. Mine gets very very sore almost where I cant put any pressure in that area. What should I do??

I get sore down there as well, especially when it first start and I have to use the bathroom. I just simply leave it be. I haven't found anything to help me with that and I'm used to it enough where I just take it easy.
