Eat healthy, and be happy. Start on pre-natals. Make sure your guy is taking care of himself.
Key thing? Be zen. Being relaxed and zen will help along the way.
Best of luck!

The general rule is that if you're under 35 and try to conceive for more than a year, or 35+ and try to conceive for 6+ months then there might be something wrong so you should consult your doctor. It's a good idea to check with your doctor first anyways just make sure that you are healthy and everything. Stop doing anything bad like drinking, smoking, eating junk food, etc. If you're overweight that could impact your chances of getting pregnant so you'll definitely want to start working on losing the excess weight and getting into shape.
Another helpful thing is to start charting your temps and finding out when you ovulate. You can get ovulation kits anywhere these days and they aren't that horribly expensive. I've been buying them for years! Once you determine that you are ovulating and when, then have sex at least every two days around that time of the month. The closer you get to when you ovulate the better, but sperm lives in a woman for about 2 days so as it's there when the eggs drops you've got a good chance for getting pregnant.
You should also consult your health insurance to find out exactly what they do and don't cover in terms of pregnancy and fertility treatments if you end up needing them. In our case the insurance doesn't cover anything relating to fertility at all so it's all out of pocket for us. That's why we've given up on ever having a baby. We've been priced out of treatment and we don't qualify to adopt or foster so we'll never get to have a baby.
Good luck to you!!

Don't smoke cigarettes, get enough sleep, and eat lots of vegetables. Relax and try to cut stress out Good luck!

Other than eating right, no drinking or smoking, exercising and getting your pre-natal vitamins, I would suggest talking with your doctor, if you haven't already. Just don't stress out and it happens when it happens! SO happy for you and GOOD LUCK!!

there are apps available as well that can help you keep track of your cycle to assist in getting pregnant or not getting pregnant, depending on the users goal.
