Yes, depending on the STD. Some STDs are transferred through bodily fluids and if he got any bodily fluids on or near your vagina, can be transferred that way. Some STDs are viral and thus viral particles can be shed from infected skin cells.
Obviously, if you're worried he has an STD that could be given to you
1) Have him get tested
2) Stop fooling around with him
