I always sleep with my bra on. I had a heart transplant and if my chest isn't supported, it hurts. After talking to some of my friends about it, I found out some of them do as well. I was wondering how many of you lovely ladies sleep with a bra on. So, do you?

I absolutely can't. Not sure why, it's just so uncomfortable for me.

I used to sleep with one on all the time. It was so common for me that not wearing one made it impossible for me to fall asleep. That said, it drove my husband crazy, so over the years I've learned to go without.

I never used to be able to sleep in a bra, but I've stared wearing sport/Genie bras to bed and I'm so much more comfortable now.

I used to sleep with one always because my mom said she did, so when I got to high school I guess I figured everyone did so I did too. Now I never do. Part of that is for preservation of my bras. The more the elastic is stretched, the quicker they will become useless and need replaced.
