I am married and have sex often, yet I am almost always sore after I have sex! My husband is on the bigger side, but I would think that my body would be used to him by now! Our sex is pretty vanilla, nothing too crazy.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how I could make this go away? The pain is not severe, or enough for us to stop having sex, but it would be nice to get rid of it!!

It happens with larger partners. I found that taking a bath with Epsom salts afterwards took away the soreness....but who has the energy for that most of the time????

if we go for a long time, then my wife will be slightly sore afterwards. But it takes a long to for her to get to that point.

Me too! A lot of times I'll end up even in serious pain. I describe it as my cooter having a headache. It can get very painful, but I never feel real discomfort during sex, it just feels like there's tons of inflammation and pain afterward. The discomfort I feel during sex is during the beginning and we have to be careful because no matter what, it hurts a bit, but I get past it quickly and still tend to have pain afterward & will be sore the next day. It's nothing that would keep me from having sex either, but it is very annoying! Mine will ache and hurt unless I sit. Strange it feels like pain and heaviness when standing & only happens afterward.

Also, I have some small tearing happen quite often too, right underneath the entrance and it still doesn't hurt as much as the weird aching pain my cooter has afterward. Your problem could be similar to mine or you could be getting tiny tears too. What helps me is putting something very cold down there.

You should try more or different lubricant and experiment with different positions. Different positions affect the positioning of your internal anatomy and allow for deeper/more shallow thrusting, position of the cervix and uterus, wrapping of the labia around a large penis, etc. Experiment to find what works best for you.

My cooter having a headache-I love that!! It really fits what I feel!! I am the opposite of you though-if I am going to have pain during sex it is always at the end, not the start. Thanks for the advice on the tearing-I will look into that. I know that I used to bleed a little bit after sex when I was still newish at it, that might have been the cause as well!
