I fly internationally a lot and I have never even been questioned about them, but I only bring smaller items. Even if they do question you, just tell them it is your vibrator and they won't confiscate - or at least they aren't supposed to. You can put smaller items in your carry-on as long as you take the batteries out, but anything that looks like it can be used as weapon should be put in your checked baggage. I always put mine in clear plastic bags just in case someone wants to pull it out to look at it.

good to know. I plan on taking a little toy on vacation, but I don't want security to pull it out in front of relatives asking what is this.

I will be when I travel interstate. And I can't see me travelling to the US without at least a couple of my babies.

We bring them on vacation, but we drive so we don't have to worry about going through security.

When my SO and I went from Portland, Oregon to Tennessee they checked our bags, and we had several dildos, a strap on, and a remote control vibrator. They searched my bag that had all those in there, and didnt say anything, and were even discrete when looking in them. They didnt just open the bag and let everyone see, but held it up and out of sight-like. There wasn't an issue at all. Though I do also recommend putting some things in plastic bags for sure!

Whenever I go on vacation I always take my Salsa and one of my wooden dildos. I take my Salsa in my pocket, which has to be taken out at every security checkpoint, and nobody's ever said anything about it. I keep the dildo in my (carry-on) luggage, which was thoroughly searched about 87 times on my way back from Iceland (I brought back a bottle of sand). Again, nobody ever said anything.
