I dont kno why butt i have always been uncomfertable having a guy down there. i always worry about the smell or the taste so i always take a shower beforehand but still dont know. any recomendations to feel more confident?

I have trouble too...not so much with having someone go down, but I feel like I need to "hurry" or I'm going to annoy them or make them think I'm not enjoying myself, etc. So I put pressure on myself to hurry it up, and then I can't enjoy it at all. I don't have much advice, as even now, I still worry about it!

That stuff is just all in your head, just tell yourself that if he didn't like it he wouldn't be doing it. I used to not even like it but then I found a partner that made me feel comfortable and now I actually like it.

Unless you have an infection of some sort, there's nothing "wrong" with the way you smell or taste. If you feel up for it, talking to your partner might help some.

As a guy, I can tell you that if he wants to go down on you, and you've at least given yourself a quick rinse recently, there's no need to worry. I've no Casanova, but I've gone down on quite a few women, and gone down lots and LOTS of times on every serious girlfriend I've ever had, and I've NEVER found it anything but delicious. And honestly, that as long as you don't have an infection or anything going on, it's normal. You aren't supposed to smell amazing to yourself, but that smell is designed to turn him on, so it isn't likely it grosses him out!
