What do you use for your moon cycle?

Oh crap... I forgot to add sea sponge... Just let me know in the comments.

This is just out of curiosity. I use a Diva Cup and the thin thong liners from luna pads. Sometimes i end up using disposable plastic tampons and regular thong liners... and later regret the cotton messing me up. Internal dryness, and external irritation.

It will take some getting used to inserting and taking out. But in the long run its more convenient. it can be worn for 12 hours at a time. Ive only had one leak and that was while sleeping. I have a tilted cervix and the angle i was at broke the seal. I suggest you give it a try.

I have a really specific system set up. Each day of my period I use two tampons that match up to my absorbancy requirements at the time, but only for eight hours and change it after four hours. The rest of the day and while I'm sleeping, I use pads/panty-liners.

This might sound really gross (as in the description not the concept), but I've found that if I have an orgasm while using said tampon, the fluids help stem some of that dryness from the tampon use and keeps things a little more happy down there.

I used to use mostly applicator free or plastic/cardboard applicator tampons, but since I got my Mirena implant I really haven't had much of a period. When I do it is very light and I use a pantyliner or a light flow tampon. I've come to really like the new Kotex ones.

I use a cardboard applicator (better for the environment) and a pad because sometimes my tampon isn't enough to keep my period at bay for two hours at a time. I also started taking birth control for my acne and it makes my period shorter but much heavier. So I have three components controlling my period.
