8, 10, maybe far lower?

What do you people think is the minimum safety level on EF to choose?

Hmm.. it totally depends on the other qualities. If the material is the only thing that I don't like, then I will probably get it anyway. I have used jelly, but don't prefer it and avoid it for the most part. I will do TPR without really being upset though.

I think that non-porous TPR is as "low" as I'd go, but it depends.

By myself, I'm too lazy to put a condom on a toy for use, but if it was a special toy for use with my partner, I might consider the extra hassle for their sake.

I'm lazy.

So far the lowest-grade material I've used is plastic, though I would consider a non-porous TPR toy.

I'll go ALL the way! It is totally worth it to have the pleasure of using toys such as Cyberskin and UR3. Which I personally feel are given a bad reputation really for nothing.
If I've never had any single issues from the things I have done with that type of material, most people are safe.
And I refuse to use condoms!

I think the lowest I've ever spent my own money on is a 7. For push assignment I've gone to a 5. I don't think I'd go lower than that, even for review purposes. I generally try to stay at an 8 or above.

I have used some materials with level 2 safety, but that was before knowing about materials. Now I prefer to use something 5 and above as well.

If it has a unique design and a great price, I'll give it a try, whatever the safety rating.

I agree. Just be safe about it and don't keep them too long.
