If you are talking about actually fainting, just try to stay hydrated. Drink a few glasses of cold water before masturbating. It could be that the increase in heart rate combined with dehydration is making you lose consciousness. Failing that, see your doctor!

I've never passed out as in blacked-out. I have multiple times fallen asleep and woke up an hour or so later to still have various toys in or on me. Since in those cases I was usually trying to relax enough or sooth cramps to fall asleep, it wasn't really surprising.
