No, that has never happened to me. I will sometimes fall asleep fairly quickly after an especially intense orgasm, but never that quickly. And mine are always more intense/better with my partner than alone.

Hmm, this has happened to me, but only in the dead of night when I am trying to fall asleep.
Sometimes I'll wake up the following morning and not remembering if I had completed masturbating the night before. Only when I'm on my period do I remember if I completed or not, mainly because what I used to shield my hand with blood will either be down there if I hadn't finished or disposed of if I had.
But like I said, it only happens at night if I am trying to calm my body to fall asleep. I've never dealt with incomplete masturbation or falling asleep before removing my toys if I'm fully trying to be awake.
