I have been trying to figure out how to become a fan of a personal store. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to do it? I would greatly appreciate it.

Click the 'PLAY' tab on the top, then click 'Community'. Scroll down a bit and you will see all the 'Personal Stores' listed. Click on one of the stores and then 'Follow' it (under the Fans section, close to the bottom). Hope this helps!
